All those criteria except for student awards and scholarships are ridiculous. Noone would give that much to library acquisitions, faculty with phd etc.

It´s hard to avoid subject bias in any of these rankings. This one has the weights almost evenly distributed for everything.

You can create your own rankings with preferences that match your needs. This is the whole point.

The OP´s criteria works for me too. The one exception, I might put more points on 1st-year class sizes. And I don´t like classes taught by junior instructors with little expereience of what they are talking about.
