If you want to go to a university in Ontario you can fill out the online application for international students at

http://www.ouac.on.ca/105/

For other universities just go to their website and click on International Students page for information.

I have reproduced an article which caught my attention. Its a reality that some of us have accepted or did not accept. But it happened and still happens. I lifted it in verbatim from The Globe and Mail, January 4, 2008, Globe Life Section page L6. Here it goes...
