I work for this company for part time only they pay me 4 hrs every stat holiday . Is this right?

Last 4 weeks gross divided by 20 is the correct calculation for Public Holiday Pay (no longer called Stat Pay)

I´ve been working for this compagny for liek 5 months now, so do they have to pay me for stat holidays even if we don´t work?
